ANDREW JACKSON FUNDERBURK
Ranger: Funeral for ANDREW JACKSON FUNDERBURK “BLACKIE” FUNDERBURK, 77, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Killingsworth Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. K. C. EDMONDS, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in Chrystal Falls Cemetery north of Breckenridge. Mr. Funderburk died at his home Tuesday night following a sudden illness.

Born Nov. 5, 1894 in Chrystal Falls, he made his home in Stephens County for many years, moving to Ranger four years ago. He was a farmer and a veteran of World War I. Survivors include two brothers, TOY of Ranger and EDDIE LEE FUNDERBURK of Elkhart, Kansas; four sisters Mrs. MYRTLE CARR of Cleburne, Mrs. JOHN ATKINS of Lamar, Colorado, Mrs. LILLIE JONES of Woodson, and Mrs. O. L. CLEMENTS of Oakview, California.
