This is
Jesse Farmer (with oar) and Sarah Farmer (closest to the camera).
The other woman is one of Jesse's sisters, who I suspect was visiting
with her husband from the Midwest. Probably taken in the
1910's. I suspect they were crossing from Bremerton to Manette.
Jesse and Sarah were Dick's parents. Their older boy, Carl,
was my grandfather.

The oval picture appears to me to be
Allen McNeill; it was taken at the Jacobs Studio in Seattle but is
otherwise unlabeled.

Taken at the
Radium Portrait Studio in Seattle on December 23, 1916 and feature the
same four young men: Leonard "Dopey" Card, age 21, standing to
the left in the suits shot and sitting as a cowboy in the costume shot;
Earl "Skinny" Martin, age 18, standing to the right then dressed as a
Marine; Allen "Dutch" McNeill, age 20, sitting to the left then dressed
as a sailor; and Vere "Dick" Farmer, age 19, sitting to the right then
dressed as a cowboy.
