Pace

Query posted November 25, 2003

I found Wyche H. Pace on 1850 Carroll Co., Ms census. His name probably was Wyatt, as he was called by some people. He married Matilda Kirk, says on 1850 Carroll Co., Ms census that he was b. 1817 in KY and Matilda b. in Ky. But had all their children in Carroll Co., Mississippi.

The thing is: I can't find him anywhere else. Did he die between 1850 and 1860? I found Matilda Kirk Pace married to James McGaha in Winston Co., AL with her kids , his kids and 2-3 of their kids together.
Wyatt, or Wyche H. Pace was my gg grandfather. I can't find him after 1850 Carroll Co. Ms. Census and I don't know his father and mother or siblings. Can you help me PLEASE.

Thanks, Addie Pace Glasgow
