Taylor Query posted May 20, 2003, Updated October 28th, 2003 Looking for information on James and Martha Taylor. James J Taylor b Ga 1823 married Martha Ivy in Carroll Co Miss 1845. They migrated to Gonzales Texas in 1855. Children : Thomas J Taylor 1643--Jackson John Taylor 1847 --Elizabeth Taylor 1847-- Margaret Taylor--- Mary Taylor 1850-- Scott and Sarah Taylor ----James Henry Taylor-- George Taylor-- Ellech(Alec) Alexander Brown Taylor 1859--Edmund Taylor-- Isaac Taylor-- Campbell Taylor. Two Taylors married Cudds. Would a marriage record be available or were they destroyed? Any information or help appreciated.
