Fielder Cemetery

Location: Go north from Carrollton on Hwy. 35 about 12 miles, to crossroads about 3/4 mile north of Potcocower Creek. Turn east, go about 1/4 mile past the home of Annie Laurie Allen on left of road. Cemetery is located at top of next hill on right of road.

Note: On August 6, 1986 I called Mrs. Allen about the Fielder Cemetery, (Mrs. Allen was born a Fielder). She gave me directions but said the cemetery could not be reached because of fallen trees and rank kudzu, but that she knew the names of the families buried there. I submit the names she gave me. Annie Laurie Fielder married "Coote" Allen and said that when the place was partitioned in 1897 the cemetery had already been established. Ethel Marshall Bibus (Mrs. L.H.)
