My guess is that this was taken about 1907 and this is the same Misfeldt family found on this census page. -csk

The reverse reads: "Dear Mrs. Pease this is the whole D---- family, taken a year ago this month we all send love to you and Ada hope you are well. wish you both had come too would do Ada lots of good we all enjoyed Andrew + wifes visit so much. Cora Misfeldt"
