Cynthia A. (Hillis) Bucher

February 5, 1949 ~ March 1, 2019

Cynthia A. (Hillis) Bucher, of Huron, passed away unexpectedly Friday March 1, 2019 at her residence.

She was born February 5,1949 in New Lexington, Ohio to John "Jack" and Phyllis (Hodson) Hillis.

Cynthia was a Huron High School graduate. She worked at The Twine House that her and her family owned and operated and she also sold office furniture for many years. She was an avid sports fan especially for Cleveland sports and anything to do with The Ohio State University.

She is survived by her son, Mark (Colleen) Melching of Mentor, two grandchildren Brandy and Brian Melching of Huron, brother John (Mylene) S. Hillis, two nephews, and her loving dog Gabi.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Bucher, and parents.

Services will be determined at a later date.
