Richard Urban Keech

August 18, 1939 - March 3, 2019

Richard U. Keech, 79, residing in Sandusky, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, March 3, 2019 at his home.

Dickie was born on August 18, 1939 in Sandusky, OH to the late Albert F. and Viola B. (Pankow) Keech.

Dickie loved music and singing. He loved Jesus and Santa Claus. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Dickie lived life with unconditional love and contagious joy.

Dickie is survived by his twin brother and guardian, Robert U. Keech of Sandusky; special caretaker, Jeanne Keech of Huron and numerous nieces, nephews,cousins and other relatives.

In addition to his parents, Dickie is preceded in death by sisters, Jean M. Canino, infant sister, Rita M. Keech, Virginia Belak, Marilyn R. Bowers, Evelyn Vartorella, Donna M. Incorvia; brothers, Paul Keech and Lamont A. Keech.

Friends may call on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 10:00 am until the time of memorial services at 12:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky.
