Joyce Ann Risk

November 12, 1948 ~ March 2, 2019

Joyce Ann Risk, 70, of Huron, passed away Saturday morning, March 2, 2019 in Admiral's Pointe Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.

She was born on November 12, 1948 in Vickery, OH and was a 1966 graduate of Sandusky High School.

Joyce was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. All that knew her admired her ethereal soul. Family was everything to her, and she loved the holidays most of all.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, James Robert Risk; son, Shane (Tammy) Risk; daughter, Shannon (Daniel) Dietrich; grandchildren, Ashley (Rudy) Laster, Zachary Risk, Kaitlin Hardman, Colin Hardman, and Jenna, Jordyn, Alison, and Emerson Risk; great-grandchildren, Jersey Wieber and Garrett Rischka; and sister, Jacque Shade.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emerson and Emmadell (Perrine) Crawford; brother, Charles Crawford; and sisters, Judy Davis and Jan Thompson.

Friends may call from 12 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 until funeral services begin at 1 p.m. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Ken Hiser will officiate.

Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
