line goes back to Phillip DIEHL 1766-1852 & his wife Elizabeth MOWERY;
their children: Philip, John, Henry, Samuel, Adam, William, Margaret,
Elizabeth, Phoebe, Sarah,& Eli. John DIEHL of this family married Salome
FENSTERMACKER; their children: Katherine, Mary, Sarah, John Jr., Charles, Amos,
Elias,& George. Elias DIEHL of this family married Caroline CUTLER; their
children: Dennis, Mark,& Ralph. I will share what I have on this family.

Co, OH. Elias & Amos DIEHL moved to Hancock Co, OH. Elias DIEHL & son
Mark moved to Kansas. Dennis DIEHL lived the rest of his life in Allen Co, OH.

I have in my posession color copies of several pages from a family bible that
came from the Mahoning Co, OH area. A friend has the bible and let me copy
them. He has no idea who the families are as he just collects old books. The
bible belonged to the MITCHELTREE family and has dates from 1824 to 1966. There
are some births, deaths and marriages. Other names include STONE, LUSE, ROSE,
WALKER and BAKER. I will be happy to send these copies to anyone that has proof
of the lineage, for the cost of postage.

Trying to find information on Thomas (perhaps Toma) and Dorothy BACAK who came
to the US around 1917, probably from Croatia. They had about 6 children,
including Steve, Martin (my father),& Kate. They lived in Youngstown. My
father came to Michigan as a young man. I never met any of my family. It is
very important for me now to find them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
