The Streeter Homestead was located in Township 136 (Buchanan Valley), Range 77, Section 128. Newspaper obituaries indicated at least two Streeter family members (Mary Josephine Nugent Streeter and Wilsie Josephine "Josie" Streeter) were buried on the homestead. The above map pinpoints the center of the Township/Range. It is located northeast of Buchanan in the Buchanan Valley in the vicinity of Long Lake Creek. FindAGrave and FindAGrave memorials have more extensive information. There are no known tombstone markers or evidence of a burial grounds today.
