Orlo P. Roberts, 75, Ryder, died Thursday. Funeral Monday at 2 p.m., St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Ryder. Burial in the Ryder Cemetery.

Mr. Roberts was born June 24, 1904, at Flandreau, S. D. In 1907 he came to the Ryder area with his parents. He later lived in the Max area, and in 1941, moved to a farm north of Ryder. He retired from farming in 1971 and in 1978, moved in to Max. He had been a resident in nursing homes in Max and Minot since November 1979. He once was married to the former Hazel Bauer.

Survivors: a son, Boyd, Minot; daughter, Mrs. Derald (Beverly) Larson, rural Ryder; six grandchildren; five great grand children; and a brother, Marlin, Ashland, Wis.

Reviewal Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. and Monday from 9 to 11 a.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, Minot.
