Notice of Hearing Petition to Establish Heirship

In the matter of the estate of Ole Gausta, deceased

Mabel Gausta, Petitioner
vs.
Any and all persons claiming an interest in or to the estate of said deceased. Respondents.

The State of North Dakota to the above named respondents and all persons interested in the estate of Ole Gausta, deceased:

Notice is hereby given, that Mabel Gausta has filed in the County Court of said County of Williams a duly verified petition praying for a decree establishing the right of succession to the estate of Ole Gausta, deceased, and that Monday, the 5th day of June 1911, at 10 o'clock a. m., of said day, being a day of a regular term of this court, to-wit: of the regular June term, A. D. 1911, at the County Court room in the City of Williston County of Williams, North Dakota, has been set by order of this Court as the time and place for hearing said petition. At which said time and place any and all persons interested may appear and show cause why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.
