     To the Hon Speaker of the House of Representatives of the State of Texas: 18 Ses: If the following and attached clause are presented to your honorable body we respectfully ask their adoption as amendments to Art 1052 of the Code of Criminal Procedure;

     We are members of the bar in a District (The 8th Judicial) which has a Dist Atty and sometimes most of the time the County Attorney has all the work today.
